Lesotho bans airtime and data advances to minors
The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) has announced a ban on airtime and data bundle advances for people under 18 years old, effective from 01 April. The regulatory measure was announced by chief compliance and legal officer Advocate Thato Poonya in Maseru.
